RLT Peer Reviews
Every school in the Trust is involved in an annual cycle of ‘Peer Review’. Peer Reviews allow structured, solution-focused opportunities to examine aspects of a school’s work, form part of a wider system of school improvement and support the overall RLT Quality Assurance process.
For Peer Review to be effective, it should be a reliable, rigorous system that leads to improvement in areas identified through school self-evaluation as needing development. Reviews will identify ‘what is going well’ for schools as well as areas for development categorised as ‘even better ifs.’
